◇第３回 JAMBIO 国際シンポジウムのご案内◇
マリンバイオ共同推進機構 （Japanese Association for Marine Biology; JAMBIO）とTsukuba Global Science Week、筑波大学海外教育研究ユニットとの共催で第3回JAMBIO国際シンポジウムを開催いたします。
シンポジウムのテーマは「Ocean Acidification and Biodiversity Loss」です。近年の海洋酸性化と生物多様性損失という地球規模の環境問題に対して、どのようなアプローチが必要なのでしょうか？基礎海洋生物学的な観点から、最近の研究動向と日本および世界のマリンステーションが果たす役割に焦点を当てます。ぜひともふるってご参加ください。

◇3rd JAMBIO International Symposium
“Ocean Acidification and Biodiversity Loss”◇
The 3rd JAMBIO International Symposium, organized by JAMBIO (Japanese Association of Marine Biology) in collaboration with the Tsukuba Global Science Week and the International Educational and Research Laboratory Program, (University of Tsukuba), will bring together researchers from around the world to discuss what approaches are essential to cope with the threat posed by the global crises of ocean acidification and biodiversity loss. This symposium will focus on a range of research topics ranging from fundamental marine biology to some recent contributions of Japanese marine stations and the worldwide association of marine stations. These contributions include an international research program for the CO2 seep system recently found at Shikine Island and a standardized technique for an extensive and global survey of coastal biodiversity, including its genetic information.
